Honestly speaking, I really doubted at first that entrecard would do any good to me. But after a few weeks, or (in Poetic Notes case) days, the traffic went up dramatically. Poetic Notes was known to be my 1 million mark baby, never hitting passing by the top 1,000,000 in Alexa, but that is history now!

The daily hits stand now beyond the lonely 50-80 per day at at least 150 and more hits on average, which is quiet impressive for a website that I’m not promoting in any medium but entrecard dropping (note: dropping, not advertising) alone. I wonder what wonders my 23,000 entrecredits could do to this blog if I would make use of them?

I'm the loner boy, how about you?

Although, being a loner is not really applicable for me right now (since I’ve made a bunch of friends lately in school), I still want to share this poem that I have written during the 3rd week since school start for this school year of mine.

I wrote this (again) during classes, it was the 4th period I guess. I had really nothing better to do. This poem talks about a little lonely stuff, is quiet short and complex. But anyways, to get a new post out, here is Loneliness.

Well, I really forgot that I should have posted this article on Poetic Notes but anyways, it’s published and on the blogoshpere already, so I have to pursue the article on the site that I’ve written it on. As for this following article will explain why Filipinos are not book lovers.

I doubt that everyone agrees with this, seems like the essay is a bit old already, but somehow a couple of facts and thoughts stated are still very true to the present generation and the generations to come. See for yourself to check whether you’re a book lover or not and believe me, if you’re a Filipino and if you really dig into the essay somewhere amidst it, you’ll really want to be a book lover.

This is no poem, this is no sonnet, nor any clever words that I’ll preach you today. But, I’d just want to inform everyone out there reading this blog from time to time that we’ve finally made it, we’ve hit the 900,000 rank in Alexa! I know, it’s quiet far from the real deal, but anyways it’s still quiet an achievement, from a website of mine which gets the least attention among all my websites.

Might KevinPaquet dot Com have fallen recently when it comes to Alexa Ranking statistics, or might Pinoy Teens Online not have yet passed the 200,000 border, I don’t care about that for now, as for all that I care is that Poetic Notes finally did some achievement of its own.

This poem sonnet is written and dedicated to a good friend of mine, who used to be more than a friend some time back? Hehe. It’s poem that I’m writing at this very moment I’m blogging this one, and just like the title says it, it’ll be about life. It’s one of my first to write not about love, and it’s my very first which talks about life in general. So, don’t wonder when I’ll grab into some other words that don’t appear to match in anyway as this is just the first time I’m doing this :p

I stand corrected above, it’s not a poem, but my very first sonnet (1) that I have written not for myself, nor for a friend directly, but for a friend’s school stuff. XD Here you go, I won’t keep you on hold much longer!

I’ve received an email from one of my only 3 feedburner subscribers, asking me why I’m not letting out a new article recently. It’s just that quantity doesn’t counts, but the quality of the articles, might they be of no sense to you, but for me, they do make very much sense. Especially the posts on this website of mine.

I’ve always thought why did I name it Poetic Notes, when I’m actually not only posting poems here, but other emotional aspects of mine, which my heart tells me to deliver to you. Shouldn’t I have named the domain like something else? Like emotionalthoughts.com? Well, I can’t do a thing about it, this is my domain, the domain that I ever wanted  to have for quiet some time, and here I am possessing it.
